for those of us who use the dom in a completely separate window, it'd be neat if we could hide/minimize some of these things: left column, the account selector within the dom itself, oco bracket selector, contract quick select. also the ability to adjust tick size on certain instruments (e.g., 1 row = 1 dollar instead of 0.25)
