Getting stopped out early when moving stop

Was in a winning trade and was moving my stop just incase the trade went the other way. But The candle didn't go down to even touch my stop, it was nowhere even near my stop but still stopped me out. Not sure if it's a problem with the system or something I'm not aware of. It might of possibly tapped it so quickly and went back up that i didn't see it. Sorry if this is the wrong place to put the issue I'm still learning the layout.
