Have News Indicator/Warning/Icon at the bottom show us the time of news that we choose in the platform

Please see if it's possible to have an update to have news shown in the timezone we choose in our settings. I briefly looked at it this morning on my PC as i was leaving the house and saw 8:45 but it was really 6:45 for the time zone I selected! The timezone shown when highlighted is always in CST time. thanks
