Higher timeframe issue

I'm facing an issue with chart drawings on TopstepX. Drawings in lower time-frames are often not appearing in higher time-frames. This already led to multiple loss, as I'd have gotten out of a trade when price hit a key area that was plotted on my chart, but I couldn't because, in higher time-frame, it simply didn't appear. I use the rectangle tool to draw support/resistance, and trend line tool to mark out key areas also FYI.
