Hokey: Fix this Issue i found and request more features

I found a issue with hotkey, if i'm holding 1 of 2 key for that command and clicked my mouse, i must release that key in order for the hotkey combo to be registered.

Example. i have ctrl+ numpad 1 as market buy. if i held down the ctrl and clicked my mouse, and i need to make a execution by hitting 1. It would not register, I must let go the ctrl and then retap ctrl+1.

Now, I like to suggestion that it would be great if there are more hotkey features.

Especially for “Close last order only” - so that it doesnt just cancel all the orders, this removes my stoploss order i had with bracket order.
