Improve Join Bid/Ask Buttons

When joining the bid/ask in fast markets such as NQ,
it would be more efficient to join a couple of ticks below/above the current best bid/ask.

Provide a parameter to improve our entries:
0 means just join the current bid/ask.
1 means join 1 tick below the current bid and 1 tick above the current ask.
Etc.
