Improvements in Take profit and Stop loss bar

First, showing dollar value on the stop loss and take profit would be great. Secondly when taking a position the position bar sometimes pops up on the candle sticks themselves covering the price action. It would be great if the position bar popped up all the way to the right of the chart and maybe a small dashed line marked the position.
