In POSITIONS show Active account on top of row

I would like to see accounts in dim red fonts pushed to the bottom of the row, while the most recent active account is on top (for less scrolling to the bottom.)

Is it important / needed to have ineligible accounts under the drop down menu while choosing account selection?

Also your dim red font colors in Trades, Positions are horrible to see. Thanks.
