Include fee in Brake Even order

Please make an option in settings to tick it for including fee that we pay in opened order so when we press BREAK EVEN stop order will be not at the price we goes in but in small+ that will cover fee so if price will trigger that stop we will make sure we close it at 0 not in minus 0.7$fee.
