Laptop Cursor Navigating issue

When navigating through charts on my Mac laptop using the trackpad, I often encounter issues with the gestures. Swiping right with two fingers takes me out of the charts and into the settings, instead of zooming in as intended. This is very frustrating.

Additionally, there appears to be a lock feature on the charts when attempting to zoom in, which disrupts the smoothness of navigation. Combined with the frequent accidental swiping into the settings, this makes the navigation experience quite difficult.
