Layout export and import function in TopStepx

Layout and chart settings all we were gone and there is not option to retrieve it*

My last 1 month old settings and levels all are gone today.

At least you should be having a layout export and import function to avoid future such issues.

Today my trading was awful without levels .... (

    I have a problem too, I have levels marked for ES mini chart however for ES Micro i have to redo everything. It would be really a good tool to export and import the levels like layouts...

    there were twice within these two months i have lost the layouts and levels due to system issues even though i had saved multiple dates all were gone in TopStepX.

    My questions is when how TopStep can help/protect trades of not to loose the settings likes of levels, indicators, and layouts?

    If TopStepX has the function of exporting and importing the layout/settings that will help traders lost completely all the levels.

    Please note I had the levels for each ranges from Jan and all are gone. No way I can manually rebuild everything for the last three months.

    Appreciate if you could consider this request.
