Layouts do not save

There are plenty of posts about this. I’ve reached out on the phone, of course there’s too many calls to take mine. I’ve reached out in chat and the issue is supposedly sent to the engineer department. I tried emailing ProjectX and the email was undeliverable. Some of the posts claim the feature already exists. Well, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried different browsers and different computers. Same issue. WTF?
