Layouts/timeframes/tools not saving again

Clearly an issue with TSX again not saving layouts and timeframes and tools. No matter what template is saved, reset or created. My last post on this was deleted..

switch any view or screen and everything is gone. Also mobile does not copy the desktop settings fully.
