Limit only 1 contract at a time (micro or emini) to avoid averaging down

I would like to have a way to limit myself from entering more than 1 contract at once, to avoid over leveraging and revenge trading….. so once i enter 1 contract, that is it. put a way to say, i can trade x contracts just like how we have the symbols to avoid. or # of trades allowed per day.
