Lock All Account Risk Settings for Chosen Duration

I want to lock all Account Risk Settings (Personal Daily Loss Limit, Trade Limit, position size, etc.) to prevent changes when tilting and losing, whether trading pre-market, during market hours (9:30 AM–6:00 PM ET), or after hours. Currently, I can tweak these settings mid-session, risking Combine progress.

I propose a Simplified Risk Settings Lock that freezes all risk settings for a chosen duration. Key features:

  • Lock Anytime: Activate the lock any time (pre-market, market hours, or after hours) via the TopstepX dashboard. A prompt confirms: “Lock all risk settings for [chosen duration]?”

  • Full Freeze: Locks all Account Risk Settings. Attempts to change trigger: “Settings locked until [end time].”

    • Custom Duration: Choose lock length to fit trading. Me personally a week lock will be great.

    New Feature Request: Option to Make Risk Settings Permanent Per Account

    Too often I set risk parameters and then change them the next day because I get over confident or go on tilt and blow accounts. Instead of having the temptation to NOT hit the lock button every day, I’d love to be able to set risk settings per account that once locked, can NEVER change.

    - Times that I can trade
    - Position sizing
    - Max Loss and Profit, etc

    YES! There have been far too many times where I’ve tweaked the settings right before they kick in to avoid being locked out. The current lock out features are great but they don’t mean much if I’m able to skirt around them.
