Lock out Calendar

Feature Request

Add a mini calendar in risk settings to allow traders lock themselves out ahead of time for a particular day or week.

Also:

  • Add Day (Mon-Sun) option to Chart date format settings

    Definitely seems useful, not sure how often I would use it, but definitely would be nice to have.
