Lock Trading During Certain Times

Feature Request

Add a lock feature to lock trading from a certain time period, for example, If I don't want to trade during the lunch hour session, I could set a lock feature to restrict me from trading those hours, then once lunch session passes, I will be able to trade again.

    Furthermore: Need to be able to specify multiple times were trades become "liquidate only". For example, my personal rules dictate that I don't trade between 7:30-9:45 EST and 12:45-2:15 EST.

    Great idea
