Market Lockout

We see a lockout for Personal choice, Time, Profit/Loss. I would like to see a lockout for a market. I’m a good trader for the ES but my confidence makes me believe I can trade NQ, I would like to Lock myself from selecting certain markets but still trade the ES as an example.
