Max Loss Per Trade

I see that we have a bracket system set up, but there should be a max loss per trade allowed for when you do a market order without the bracket protection in place, especially if you want to free float for a bit. This is also protectionary for people that might do revenge trading and it helps prevent ongoing losses.
