Max Trades For X Time instead of Per Session

For example, if you do more than 20 trades within a 5 or 15 minute period, you get locked out for a couple minutes or whatever time the trader decides. Prevents overtrading and allows the trader to take a step back from the noise.

    Lock Maximum Trades allowed per SESSION - to prevent Revenge trading / Re-Entry on tilt

    Basically this will lock max trades per session or time slot, blocking the trader from re-entering a failed trade.

    Sometimes as traders we have a personal daily lock limit of $1000 for example. We place a $500 risk trade, then when we lose that trade, we immediately put a second trade on that same trade idea immediately after the first loss.

    This prevents re-entry / revenge trading and locks you for that trading session.

      I like this idea. Markets do tend to move differently than NY session and I would like to setup a lockout for a certain amount of trades per session which will keep my acct functioning for when NY session comes around

    This is perfect. I published a similar feature request, check it out. prevents revenge trading. basically same thing youre saying.
