Maximum Positions per day

Since trade counter includes partial exits from a position, it would be nice to have a max amount of positions per day. This morning, with Max Trades configured to 3, I lost my first trade. So when I entered a second position, I wanted to grab a partial profit to ensure that this, second position resulted in profit. Because of that partial, I was locked-out - only able to close my current, second position.
