Measurement Tool Tick Adjustment

Is there a way to make the measuring tool calculate ticks like it does on TradingView? Currently it only measures per "cent" which is way off when trying to figure out measured moves as you can't really get accurate measurements on things. Nothing ticks in "cents". They all have increments like 25 cents or 10 cents. So when you try to measure 1$ on the NQ, you get 100 ticks, which is incorrect.
