Minimal/Bordless mode for when modules are small

Some of the Modules when made tiny have things like scroll bars and impertinent information take up too much space when made small. Being able to have the windows more minimalistic, or without the need for a big scroll bar taking up 20 percent of the window would be more helpful and more aesthetically pleasing, as well as streamlined.
