MONITOR WINDOW for Trade VIEWING (not for placing orders)

We can’t open different windows now, we get logged out. It would be nice to have a Monitor Trade Window in view mode only. It will have all Chart menus and Symbol, with Chart Link indicator, Account dropdown, BAL, MLL, RP&L, UP&L, and a TIMER as a bonus!

It can be on the left panel, and from there we click to open on as many window screens as we like!
