Move account nicknames to the first column in the dropdown list.

It’s great being able to give accounts nicknames, far easier to see what’s what than the default names. However, you can only see the nickname if you open the list. You cannot, at a glance, see the nickname of the currently selected account. As someone who regularly switches between accounts this would be a very useful modification to make sure I have the right one selected.
