Multiple Order Management Improvements

A hot key for trailing stops, especially with Trailing stops that we can manually move toward price but then will rest there and continue to trail only once the offset value is again reached. The current trailing stop option is cumbersome to say the least.

Separate stops and profit targets for separate entries. This would be good with the ability to merge all stops with the press of a button as well at having another button for moving all to breakeven.

Additional options for bracket orders - multiple stops, profit targets, move-to-breakeven settings as well as automatic offset trailing stops.
