Multiple sessions detected

"Multiple sessions detected. Exchange regulations permit only one active device session at a time. You have been disconnected from this session."

Why is this Error Happening even though I am on the same device on the same browser? I just want to be able to see a lower Timeframe chart and a higher time frame chart at the same time on different screens on the same device. Even Trading View lets you do this just not on different devices or browsers but on same device they do.
