Multiple Windows Feature NOT WORKING.

TSX States:
“…having multiple ‘window tabs’ open on single device (browser) is permitted”.

This feature is not working. Multiple traders are trying to use multiple windows of the same instance on a single device (PC) because we like being able to see multiple time frames of the same product.

We are not permitted to do this. I am personally on my PC and am NOT logged in anywhere else. The moment I open a second window on my browser I am logged off on the first window I opened. Please fix this. Per TopstepX, we ARE permitted to have multiple window tabs on a single device.
