News Dots

The current news dots at the bottom of the chart are not configurable...as far as I can tell.

It would be nice to be able to:

1. turn them on off
2. give them a transparency slider so we can see the candle through them

I find they often hide the bottom of a candle on charts that I use to monitor other instruments.
