Notification Popup-Limit Settings

There needs to be a limit set for the number of active notification popups that can show.
These notifications can spam up entirely up to the header of the page, and that’s just unreasonable and distasteful with the screen space it eats up.

-Please add an option to control the number of notifications that can show.
-Please add a custom-timer setting that controls how long a notification can stay active.
