Only open during feature

Instead of only a lockout feature, could we have an ongoing setting that only allows you to trade during set hours? For instance, my best time is during the NY session between 10:00 and 2:00 EST. It would help with my risk management and overtrading if I could set the platform to only allow trading during these times.
