Option to link/unlink time frames to individual windows/panels

Just like the title says. For example, it would be awesome if I could have NQ and ES panels up next to each other and link their time scales instead of having to change each panel. It would particularly helpful for someone watching at least the big 4, or who has dedicated one panel to one indicator.
