Option to show ALL Positions across ALL accounts with Account column

We should be able to see all positions across all accounts and not just the actively selected and trading account with a column identifying that account.

If there is a nickname JUST show the nickname and not the whole account number. It is pointless to have nicknames if they aren’t used properly.
