Pause the DOM on mouse over

Every other DOM I have traded with pauses when you interact with it. I like to chart trade then dial in my exits to the tick on the DOM. Can't do anything with that sucker moving around like crazy

I agree. A momentary pause is not helpful when assessing the information or trying to move orders around. Also, turning off and on the auto-center each time a user wants to interact with the DOM (which can be often), adds inefficiency especially when dealing with an active trade.

One problem-case: Auto-center is on and I have orders on the DOM. I decide I want to move one of them. If I click on that order with the mouse (mouse button is still depressed), and the auto-center kicks in, the order is moved to the new location of the mouse. For quick moving instruments it is a significant issue.

Requesting a selectable feature in the DOM settings that pauses Auto-Center as long as the mouse is over ANY part of the DOM (not just price).

I agree here. I like auto center, but when scrolling the dom we only have a few seconds before it auto centers again. Sometimes when im trying to pick a price on the DOM it will auto center before I can click a certain price. Then as I click, I accidentally get filled at the trading price because the DOM auto centers too fast before I can click the price I want on the DOM.

Maybe allow for a few more seconds or pause it all together when the mouse is over the DOM to allow us enough time to pick a price we want. It feels like a race to pick a price before it auto centers.

    Thank you for your consideration

You can turn off auto-scroll. In addition, if you scroll it while it is set to auto center; it will pause the movement for 2 seconds each time your scroll.

Totally agree with this it's so hard to see what orders are where on NQ
