*PLEASE HELP*

I am trying to use the “Add Chart Link” button within the TopstepX platform but whenever I click on it, a pop-up tutorial video appears after a split-second of the actual pop-up box for the button comes up. Upon closing this message, the real box is no longer behind, and I therefore cannot use this feature at all.

Please can someone from the development team help me with this issue I am having?
