,.-=*^PLEASE READ^*=-., this one is important

-Separate the risk settings and be able to lock them out individually.

-Weekly risk settings

-Lockout settings for each session

-Individual lockouts for each risk parameter

We should be able to set a profit goal for each session. We should be able to set trailing loss limits for each session. We should be able to set PDLL’s for each session that are separate from the trailing ones. We should be able to set weekly profit losses. We should be able to set weekly targets.

Once you hit the lockout button that it’s for the day, that it— no changes afterward. Maybe I don’t want to be able to scale my contracts the following session and be faced with the choice of whether or not to keep them the same. Empower us topstep, not yourselves.

Every update they bring is touted as this amazing improvement that will help traders but they fall extremely short, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Every time. I can’t help but think that they truly do not actually care about trader profits, and only their income. I love topstep, but they come close, and completely miss with nearly everything.

I’m sure many traders will never see this or even read this far, which is another huge fault in the system. These feature requests go nowhere half the time and when they do they’re half assed, at least not in favor of the trader but the business’s profit model. There are so many thing y’all could do that would help the true discipline and pocket books of us traders. Please do better.

If topstep selected 50-100 traders who purchase the highest number of combines and come close but always fall short and asked them what might improve their experience or likelihood of taking a payout, and really listened to what they had to say, many of y’all would actually be taking payouts and spending money earned instead of lost.
