Pre-Load X number of bars or X number of days

When using higher value moving averages, for example, the chart does not by default load enough historical data to calculate the indicator correctly. This requires zooming out and sometimes scrolling back to force the chart to load enough data. Add the ability in settings to pre-load a certain number of days or bars.
