Profitable Traders Team Creation Feature

Profitable Traders being able to create their own teams to where the leader is able to see everyones stats within that team so a leader can do their own "shoulder-taps'" with their members, area to where they can do real-time collaboration such as showing chart markups like how google docs shows people editing documents in real time.

Also, would be cool if there could be a option for a team leader to get a small percentage of the profits so that maybe it encourages the more successful traders to create teams to help newer traders out and get a small profit split like.

TopStep 10%

Team Lead 2-5%

Trader on team 85-88%

Traders on the team are able to leave the team at anytime.

This option could also help prepare teams for the yearly trading event TopStep will be doing in Las Vegas.

In order for this feature to appear on the platform, the trader wanting to create a team must be consistently profitable.

There needs to be a size limit for the teams so that the leader is able to really focus on their members.

Like 10-20 max members to each team.
