QUICK COPY button

There are times where you might want to unlink the trade copier for a specific trade, and trade just the lead account. Is would be convenient to have a hot button to on the main screen to quickly enable or disable the trade copier. Currently you need to open the settings page and turn off the trade copier. Would prefer to not have to leave the charts screen to do that. A simple button could enable/disable the copier while still retaining the leader/follower settings.
