Hello Topstep Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for an unintended auto-renewal charge on my account.

Here are the transaction details for your review:

• Transaction amount: $109.00 USD

• Date of charge: March 15, 2026

• Time: 19:53

• Last 4 digits of card: 1973

• Merchant name: TOPSTEP

I did not realize that my subscription was set to auto-renew, and I did not intend to continue the service. I have now canceled the subscription to prevent future charges.

There has been no trading activity or reset usage after this renewal.
