Remove Ghost Orders

Whenever I take a position and I want to scale out, any limit orders that I put on the chart other than the initial Limit/SL bracket order stays on the chart as a ghost order even if it wasn’t hit or your trade hit the SL.

This prevents people from setting their trade and walking away since it could hit the SL, but now that scaling out limit order hits at a later time causing disruption to a trader’s plan.

Ninja Trader as an example will remove all orders placed after entering a trade, when the trade closes (hits the SL).
