Request for 10 Second Timeframe

I would like to petition the addition of a 10 second timeframe or at least an option to add custom timeframes. The 10 second is the perfect balance of the 5 second and 15 second. 15 second is a bit slow (sounds odd saying that), and the 5 second can tend to be too fast and noisy.
