We request improvements to the Risk–Reward tool and right-click order placement UX to enable faster, safer, and more efficient trade execution—similar to TradingView.

🎯 Current Problem

  1. Risk–Reward Tool Workflow Is Slow

    • When placing the Risk–Reward tool on the chart, the entry price does NOT auto-sync with the Limit Order price.

    • Traders must:

      • Right-click the chart → copy price → paste into limit order
        OR

      • Manually type the price.

    • This causes:

      • Slower execution

      • Higher chance of input errors

      • Missed entries in fast markets

  2. Right-Click Order UX Can Cause Costly Mistakes

    • Currently, Market Order appears first in the right-click menu.

    • Limit Order is placed below Market Order.

    • This increases the risk of:

      • Accidental market execution

      • Slippage losses

    • This violates common UX safety principles for trading platforms.

✅ Expected Behavior / Proposed Solutions

1️⃣ Risk–Reward Tool → Auto-Update Limit Order Price

  • When the Risk–Reward tool is placed or dragged:

    • The Entry Price should automatically populate the Limit Order price field

  • If the tool is moved:

    • The limit price updates in real time

✅ Similar to TradingView’s Risk–Reward tool behavior

2️⃣ Direct Order Placement from Chart

Add one or more of the following options:

  • Right-click on chart → “Place Limit Order at Price”

  • Drag entry line of Risk–Reward tool → auto-create/update Limit Order

  • Mouse click on price line → “Create Limit Order”

This would:

  • Reduce clicks

  • Speed up execution

  • Improve trading accuracy

3️⃣ Improve Right-Click Order Menu UX

  • Change order priority:

    • Limit Order first

    • Market Order below it

  • OR add confirmation before Market Order execution

📌 TradingView and most professional platforms prioritize Limit Orders to prevent accidental market trades.

🧠 Benefits

  • Faster trade execution

  • Reduced human error

  • Better UX for both beginners and advanced traders

  • Safer trading environment

  • Aligns platform behavior with industry standards
