Round to whole numbers in top header display for BAL/MLL/RP&L and etc

it would be nice to see this option to keep things a bit more tidy and optimize space.

PS: Lastly, much prefer if the responsive layout did not hid the numbers up top at all when window is being resized. Possible solution, left to right swipe/slide and layout menu on right side hide it to a “hamburger” menu. Layout menu more of a “set and forget” setting, doesn’t need to always be there to take up space, imo.
