Rule Change - Allow trading until just before 5 pm Eastern Time

It is quite frustrating to have trades be closed at or just before 4:10 pm Eastern Time. Very often an important part of the moves I am expecting do not occur until after that time. I believe that the markets are taking advantage of the fact that many traders have to close their trades by 4:10 pm and so the big money waits. Today was a perfect example as the upward move slowed down and retraced leading into and just after 4:00 pm. Then, price continued to make a significant upward move into the true market close at 5 pm Eastern crossing above key price levels. I see this type of thing so often.
