As a trader using topstepX, i want to have the ability to set the number of contracts i can trade on my account regardless of the number of contracts that i am allowed to trade on. so that i can build some discipline with sizing.

Acceptance Criteria:

For the sake if this AC, all steps will refer to 150k accounts.

1. If account is 150k with 15 contracts max, trader should be able to set from 14contract to 1 contracts in settings.

2. On the trade component max contract set by trader should be the max on the trading component (if 4 contracts in. settings, 1, 2, 3, 4)

3. Trader should be able to duplicate that setting across all accounts, copied or manual

4. Trader can update this setting to default if trader chooses to.
