Some Risk management tools to the Practice accounts.

I believe we should be able to trade practice the same way as our combine, XFA or live accounts. to be able to do that. It would be helpful if we could have some of the same risk management tools added to practice like PDLL PDPL ETC. this allows us to treat it the same without building bad habits. Just a recommendation.
