Stack the entry indicator with current order indicators vertically

When you have entered, it keeps a rectangle at your entry, and then subsequent take profits and stop losses have their own rectangles. But they aren't vertically aligned, so they end up taking up a huge amount of the chart and being very in the way. It would be nice to stack them vertically so it only takes up the width of one box instead of two on the chart
