Stop-loss line obscures the Entry/Profit label

When a stop-loss is set to breakeven, the line that is associated with the SL is on top of the label that represents the entry price. This makes it difficult to read what the current profit is. The "z-order" of the lines should be below that of the labels so that they can be read.
