Suggestion for Max Trades Risk Setting – Add Enable/Disable Button

Hi Development Team,

I wanted to provide feedback regarding the “Max Trades” section under the risk settings in TopstepX.

Currently, unlike other risk parameters such as “Max Daily Loss,” “Personal Daily Profit,” and “Symbol Block,” the “Max Trades” setting does not have a button to enable or disable it before locking the risk settings for the day. This inconsistency is problematic.

Without a way to deactivate it, users are forced to set the max trades to an unnecessarily high number (e.g., 50 or 100) just to prevent accidental lockouts — which defeats the purpose of risk customization. It also creates confusion since users may believe the parameter is inactive when it’s still being enforced in the background.

Suggestion: Please add a toggle or checkbox next to the “Max Trades” input, just like the other risk settings, so traders can clearly choose whether or not to enforce it before clicking “Lock Out Risk Settings for the Day.”

This small UI update would greatly improve clarity and user control over daily risk preferences.
